Taken using my Tamron 70-300/4-5.6 @70mm F/4 with my 50/1.8 reversed onto the front, making for a 1.4:1 magnification ratio (or, for every 1mm in the real world, is projected at 1.4mm on the sensor)

The paper here is about 6x4mm.

Very cool. Is that motion blur I see at the top right of the paper, or something else?

In any case, I think it works pretty well overall. There's some sharp points to focus on, and also some blurrier fuzzy parts that keep me looking at it. And nice lighting too.

No motion blur, just a very tiny DOF, that sliver of sharpness on the paper is less than half a millimetre deep, the top right is just out of focus.
