As the title suggests, this is an extension of his initial idea.
What I wanted to do was make it more integrated, while trying to stay within a similar sort of style to v6 for the forums.

My extension, therefore, is to have the titles themselves act like the footer, in that, there are the arrow buttons that can expand/contract each section, and that your settings are remembered (on first page load, the page will be appropriately expanded to look essentially like the original forum index).

The 'design' is rather basic, and it's missing the group descriptions of the original idea, but both can be improved and added if necessary (after all, I am not a designer and this is just a basic idea).

I should point out that I don't take credit for this, the initial idea was `electricjonny's, I just decided to add upon the idea.
